  1. Send rough layout via email to militarycoins@ktis.net along with the
    following info:
    coin size -
    coin finish - (need a "finishes" page)
    any texture? - (need a "textures" page)
    any epoxy? -
    any areas need 3D? - (I can help you with this.)
    any brief description that be important, such as items that you would
    like to see raised metal, painted, etc...
  2. Once we receive the rough layout, we will send it to our art dept
    for a full color final artwork that will show all raised/recessed areas
    and pantone shade numbers for the paint. You can approve the artwork
    or
    make any changes necessary until we get the artwork exactly like you
    want it.
  3. Once the artwork has been approved, it takes approx. 14-20 days to
    produce the coins. A sample can be ordered first if you like, but keep
    in mind that the die charge would need to be paid for and it will delay
    getting the total order another 14-20 days... but we are happy to do it
    either way.

  • Our coins are die struck from a quality brass/copper alloy.
  • We give you  FREE color to use on your coin!!
  • We do not charge an art fee if your coin design is submitted via e-mail and does not need to be redrawn.
  • We have several finishes to choose from.  See our "FINISHES" page to view them.
  • Our turn around time on artwork is approx. 48 hours.  Approx. 14-20 days delivery on the finished coins.
  • We accept the IMPAC cards, as well as, Master Card, VISA, purchase orders and checks.
